We received charming and very pretty juveniles of the Redtail barracuda tetra Acestrorhynchus falcatus from Peru. One day the fish will become around 30 cm long. Currently they are about 6-8 cm long. This size is perfect for a complication-free acclimatation.

Lexicon: Acestrorhynchus: menas “needle-snout”. falcatus: means “like a falcon”.
