Nannostomus marginatus Nannostomus marginatus

We already introduced to you a new sport of the dwarf pencil fish from Peru in an Extra-Newsletter this week. We took the opportunity to take a closer look than usual on our “regular” dwarf pencils from Brazil. Honestly – aren ´t they among the most beautiful species of ornamental fish at all?

For our customers: the animals have code 272104 on our stocklist. Please note that we exclusively supply the wholesale trade.

Lexicon: Nannostomus: from ancient Greek, means “with a tiny mouth”. marginatus: Latin, means “bordered”.

Common name: Dwarf pencil tetra
